This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we process, prepare, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
By placing an order with EB Jeweler, you agree to the terms of this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
Each piece may be handmade, made-to-order, customized, or prepared individually at the time an order is placed. Because of the nature of our jewelry and production process, standard processing times may vary depending on the item purchased.
Ready-to-ship items: typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received and confirmed.
Made-to-order or handmade items: typically require 1 to 2 weeks of production time, in addition to shipping transit time.
Custom orders, personalized jewelry, and specialty pieces: may require additional production time depending on design complexity, approval process, materials, and workload.
Orders are generally not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, material delays, production delays, or carrier delays, processing and shipping may take longer than expected. If a significant delay occurs, we may contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Shipping times shown at checkout or provided by us are estimated only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
United States
We may offer free standard shipping within the United States on eligible orders. Expedited or upgraded shipping options may be available at an additional cost, which will be added to your order during checkout or confirmed before shipment.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, shipping charges are not included unless expressly stated. International shipping charges may vary based on:

package weight
package dimensions
insurance, signature, or handling requirements
carrier rates and applicable surcharges
All international shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing before shipment.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times depend on several factors, including processing time, shipping method selected, carrier operations, customs clearance, destination, weather events, and other circumstances beyond our control.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates unless explicitly stated in writing.
Any delivery date provided by EB Jeweler is an estimate only and should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival date.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we may send you a shipment confirmation email or message with tracking information, if tracking is available through the selected carrier.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after a shipping label has been created or the package has been accepted by the carrier.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Holidays
Customs processing
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Failed delivery attempts
Labor disruptions
Supply chain interruptions
Force majeure events
If an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout or otherwise communicated, we reserve the right to notify the customer, provide an updated timeframe, request approval for a delay when appropriate, or cancel and refund the unshipped portion of the order, consistent with applicable law.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information at the time of purchase.
EB Jeweler is not responsible for delays, loss, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from:
Incorrect addresses
Incomplete addresses
Undeliverable addresses
Refusal of delivery
Failure to retrieve a held package
Customer error in shipping details
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, clearance fees, brokerage charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
EB Jeweler has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely by country.
8. Risk of Loss and Title
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss, delay, or damage in transit may pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law, especially for shipments shown as accepted by the carrier and sent to the address provided at checkout.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
EB Jeweler is not liable for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier after shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly first. You may also contact us, and we may, at our discretion, attempt to assist you in initiating or documenting a carrier claim.
We do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the packaging
Clear photos of the shipping label
Any other information reasonably requested by us or the carrier
Please keep all packaging materials, boxes, labels, and damaged items until the matter is reviewed and any carrier or insurance claim process is completed. Carrier claims may require proof of damage and original packaging.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether the item qualifies for replacement, repair, store credit, insurance claim assistance, or other resolution.
11. Signature, Insurance, and High-Value Orders
For high-value orders, custom jewelry, or certain destinations, we may require:
Signature confirmation
Insurance
Restricted delivery
Adult signature
Additional verification before shipment
These measures may be used to help protect both the customer and EB Jeweler during transit. USPS offers services such as signature confirmation, restricted delivery, insurance, and adult signature for qualifying shipments.
12. Custom, Personalized, and Special Orders
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or specially requested items may require additional production and shipping time. Delivery estimates for these items are approximate and may change depending on design approval, communication timing, material sourcing, or production complexity.
Unless otherwise stated in another policy, custom or personalized orders may be non-cancelable, non-returnable, or subject to special terms once production has begun.
