Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with EB Jeweler, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. General Policy

Because many of our pieces may be handmade, made-to-order, personalized, custom-designed, altered, or specially prepared, not all items are eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Any return, refund, exchange, or replacement request is subject to our review, approval, and compliance with the terms stated in this Policy.

2. Return Request Period

If you wish to request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery of your order.

Requests submitted after that period may be denied.

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us by email or other approved contact method and include:

Your full name
Order number
Date of purchase
Reason for the request
Clear photos, if applicable

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be returned in its original condition
Be unworn, unused, and unaltered
Not show signs of damage caused after delivery
Include original packaging, where applicable
Be received back by us in acceptable condition after inspection

We reserve the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-made jewelry
Personalized or engraved items
Made-to-order pieces
Resized, modified, or altered jewelry
Special-order items
Items damaged after delivery by misuse, neglect, improper care, or unauthorized repair
Sale, clearance, or final-sale items

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is approved due to our confirmed error, the customer is responsible for:

All return shipping costs
Insurance, if desired
Secure packaging of the returned item
Any loss or damage occurring during return shipment

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns.

6. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. Approval of a refund, exchange, store credit, repair consideration, or rejection of the request will be based on the condition of the returned item and our review of the circumstances.

Return authorization does not guarantee automatic approval of a refund.

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, although actual posting times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, handling fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and similar non-refundable costs may be excluded from the refund unless required by law or expressly approved by us.

8. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be processed after the original item has been received and inspected, and subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative remedy, such as store credit or another resolution at our discretion.

9. Damaged Items in Transit

EB Jeweler is not responsible for products that are damaged, lost, or mishandled by the shipping carrier during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

Notify us promptly
Contact the shipping carrier to begin a claim
Keep all original packaging materials
Keep the damaged item
Provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label if requested

Failure to retain packaging or timely report the issue may affect the outcome of a claim.

10. Incorrect Items or Our Error

If you believe you received the wrong item or that we made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund, at our discretion and subject to the circumstances.

11. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production, processing, or shipment begins. Once an order has entered production, especially for handmade, made-to-order, personalized, or custom items, cancellation may be denied.

12. Support and Communication

Once your order is placed, we may provide updates, shipping information, and follow-up support as reasonably available. Any shipment tracking information will be provided when available and once the carrier has accepted and updated the shipment.
